We are helping redevelop a 19th-century terraced building and its yard into a four-storey office space. The spatial design optimises the deep plan by providing light-wells and internal voids to maximise the sense of light, space and inter-connectivity despite subdivision.
The interior’s light-industrial aesthetic has been developed from the existing character of the building and its rough-and-ready former state as an ad-hoc studio for the internationally renowned street artist Stik, whose work is still intact on the main entrance doors and the top floor. Work is ongoing on site due for completion in March 2018.
